We accept Visa & Master Card payments with our online  secure payment system. We provide encrypted page link for you to pay easily that no one will be able to see your credit card details. You can also make bank transfer for your balance. We accept payment in USD, Euro and Turkish Liras currencies.  

For Shore Excursions in case of a cancellation please alert us at least 24 Hours before. We hire freelance local guides and drivers for you in advance so if you notice us as soon as you can then they can look for other opportunities for the day.

For Packages If you wish to cancel your booking we must be notified in writing by the lead name, either by recorded & acknowledged email. Cancellation charges will apply and these depend upon when your written notification is received by us.
Less than 20 days notice or no notice: cancellation charge of 100% of the value of your booking.
Between 20 and 40 days notice: cancellation charge of 50% of the total value of your booking.
Over 40 days notice: cancellation charge of 50 Euro only.
We are unable to make any additional refunds to those mentioned above, even if cancellation is made as a result of force majeure which includes -but is not limited to- acts or threat of war, government action, strike, civil unrest, fire, failure of public utilities, medical emergency, natural or nuclear disaster or airport closure.
You may be able to recover the majority of the cancellation fees under the terms of your holiday insurance policy: we strongly recommend you to get one.

Above cancellation policy does not cover flight tickets. 

Anytime. Our opinion the earlier is better so we can secure services for you with more choices at hand. Especially for package tours from Istanbul purchasing flight tickets earlier gives us early bird advantages. 

You can book your tour even in last minute. We will call you if you provide us your phone number in case of last minute situation. 

By ‘Contact us’ form we will let you know about the availability of the tour within 24 hours. You can also call us and ask for availabilities 7/24. 

After confirming your tour we will send you a e-voucher contains your pick up location, pick up time, your tour destinations and emergency numbers. 

At port gate exits we will hold your name sign which can be seen clearly. 

Although it never happened before we guarantee that we will fly you to your ships next destination. 

Yes. We can provide you an assistant for your tour if you have a wheelchair and we will design your tour for your own pace.

When visit with your cruise ship you will not need to apply for Visa. Arriving by Airport please visit following site. https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/ 

Ephesus area well touristic and shops, coffees etc. will be accepting foreign currency. In case if you definitely need Turkish Liras your guide will direct you to ATM conveniently located in and arou8nd Ephesus for exchanging your money. 

For Shore Excursions our main vehicles are Mercedes Vito for up to 4 people on board, Mercedes Sprinter for up to 16 people on board, Volkswagen Volt for up to 16 people on board and for larger groups we provide 27 Pax midi buses and 45 Pax buses.
All our vehicles Air Conditioned, Non – Smoking, Clean, Comfortable and with large windows designed for better sightseeing. 

For shore excursions our tours are on private basis so your guide and driver will be specially just for you. You can add more people to your tour by yourself while you are cruising or at certain web sites you can meet and plan your tour together. This way your tour cost will lower.
For package tours you can choose between private and group tours options.

I see your tour pricings up to 10 people and what if I have larger group than 10 people?
Please ‘Contact Us’ if your group larger than 10 people. We will offer you much better prices and we are open for suggestions and different tour itineraries for larger groups.
On group tours from Istanbul we use low occupancy numbers as well.
